AI for Remote Support

  • Introduced AI Summary Studio, giving administrators the ability to choose the summarization strategy, language model, and prompt generator. This powerful new feature makes it easy to create summaries that align with your company’s specific goals and communication style. For customers using the current AI solution, this will need to be enabled.

  • Checkbox values are now properly recorded and included in the summary for improved data accuracy.

  • Added the ability to filter out end-user remote control actions in the AI Summary.

  • Fixed an issue where the AI Summary would occasionally fail to generate after clicking ‘REGENERATE’.

Beam

  • Resolved an issue where sessions launched would occasionally start without the appropriate admin permissions.

Console

  • Improved backend processes to streamline new customer account creation.

  • Streamlined the trial signup experience for new customers to ensure a smoother onboarding process.

Live

  • Administrators can upload images to customize the live background directly within the console.

Remote Support

  • Enhanced the default settings to provide a smoother and quicker setup experience. These updates eliminate unnecessary configuration steps, allowing you to get up and running faster with optimized settings right out of the box.

  • Upgraded AI Summarization capabilities to deliver more accurate, concise, and insightful summaries, specifically for longer sessions.

Beam

  • Key improvements to the logging system to enhance efficiency and reduce system load.

Cobrowse

  • Mitigated an issue where recordings may not have been properly displayed in Salesforce.

Console

  • Enhancements to the upload process to ensure that session recordings always upload successfully, even in very specific edge cases.

  • Updated the sorting option for Beam Devices to ensure that all devices are properly displayed after sorting.

Live

  • Improved video streaming for rare cases where background image or blurring is used on uncommon devices.

Remote Support

Windows 2.107.11

  • Enhanced the remote control experience by removing the need for users to reconfirm acceptance if they have already granted consent on the first screen.

  • Fixed an issue where downloaded files were not being deleted from the end user’s computer after a reboot and reconnect was performed. This fix ensures that temporary files are properly removed as expected.

  • Fixed an issue where, in certain scenarios, Admin PowerShell and Admin CMD would not open after execution from remote support tools.

  • Resolved an issue on the iOS app that closed the remote support session when the user left the ScreenMeet application and returned.

  • Ensure that the iOS application successfully reconnects to the session if the end users network disconnects while in background mode.

Mac 2.102.623

  • Resolved an issue that could cause the ScreenMeet application to quit unexpectedly and display the error message “ScreenMeet quit unexpectedly” in certain cases.

Salesforce 1.24

  • Corrected a problem causing the screenmeet__ScreenMeet_Session_Feature__c data to not be populated in Salesforce.

  • Completed the yearly Salesforce security review.

  • Resolved an issue where an incomplete session closure on the end user's side could prevent new sessions from starting. The next session creator would receive a message stating that a session was already active.

Console

  • Resolved an issue that caused an error when loading a large number of sessions in ‘Global Session History’.

Live

  • The video player now buffers the entire recording before playback, ensuring a smoother and uninterrupted viewing experience.

Remote Support

Windows 2.105.4

  • Added an option during installation to enable or disable users from checking for updates to the installed ScreenMeet application.

  • Resolved an issue where full admin permissions would not remain enabled after entering User Account Control (UAC) credentials. Admin privileges now persist as expected, ensuring seamless access to administrative functions.

  • Enhanced clipboard handling for a smoother and more reliable copy-paste experience.

Replay

  • The video player now buffers the entire recording before playback, ensuring a smoother and uninterrupted viewing experience.

ServiceNow 2.11

  • Introduced an option for managing Beam group users through ServiceNow roles and groups, streamlining user administration.
