Remote Support - Version 2.107.11

  • Enhanced the remote control experience by removing the need for users to reconfirm acceptance if they have already granted consent on the first screen.

  • Fixed an issue where downloaded files were not being deleted from the end user’s computer after a reboot and reconnect was performed. This fix ensures that temporary files are properly removed as expected.

  • Fixed an issue where, in certain scenarios, Admin PowerShell and Admin CMD would not open after execution from remote support tools.

  • Resolved an issue on the iOS app that closed the remote support session when the user left the ScreenMeet application and returned.

  • Ensure that the iOS application successfully reconnects to the session if the end users network disconnects while in background mode.

Salesforce - Version 1.24

  • Corrected a problem causing the screenmeet__ScreenMeet_Session_Feature__c data to not be populated in Salesforce.

  • Resolved an issue where an incomplete session closure on the end user's side could prevent new sessions from starting. The next session creator would receive a message stating that a session was already active.

Console

  • Resolved an issue that caused an error when loading a large number of sessions in ‘Global Session History’.

Live

  • The video player now buffers the entire recording before playback, ensuring a smoother and uninterrupted viewing experience.

Remote Support - Version 2.105.4

  • Added an option during installation to enable or disable users from checking for updates to the installed ScreenMeet application.

  • Resolved an issue where full admin permissions would not remain enabled after entering User Account Control (UAC) credentials. Admin privileges now persist as expected, ensuring seamless access to administrative functions.
