Follow the steps in order to ensure a smooth setup. --- ## Install the ScreenMeet Package from AppExchange 1. Log in to your production Salesforce instance as a Salesforce Administrator 2. Navigate to the **Setup** menu 3. In the Quick Find box, search **AppExchange Marketplace** (or go directly to the [ScreenMeet AppExchange Listing](https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000EJdXxUAL)) 4. Click **Get It Now** and sign in with your Salesforce Organization login credentials 6. When prompted to install the package: - Select **Install for Admins Only** - Approve third-party access to websites: - `api-v3.screenmeet.com` - `qa-v3-api.screenmeet.com` - Click **Install** 7. Salesforce will send you a confirmation email once the installation is complete > [!CAUTION] > Important: Do not select ***Install for All Users*** — this will give administrative privileges to every user in your org, which can create security risks. --- ## Install the ScreenMeet Package in a Salesforce Sandbox 1. Log in to your sandbox Salesforce instance as an **Administrator** 2. Navigate to the **Setup** menu icon 3. In the Quick Find box, search **AppExchange Marketplace** 4. Search for **ScreenMeet** 5. Click **Try it** 6. Ensure **Try in your Sandbox** is selected 7. Enter your Salesforce sandbox login credentials 10. When prompted to install the package: - Select **Install for Admins Only** - Approve third-party access to websites: - `api-v3.screenmeet.com` - `qa-v3-api.screenmeet.com` - Click **Install** 11. Salesforce will send you a confirmation email once the installation is complete 12. In your Salesforce Sandbox, go to **Setup → Custom Settings** 13. Click **ScreenMeet Settings → Manage → Edit** 14.
