1. Login to dynamics org with Global Admin privileges
2. Navigate to AppSource

3. Search for Screenmeet Cobrowse

4. Click on the Free Trial and then Click Continue

5. Select the target dynamics org, read through Legal Terms and Privacy Statement and then Click on Agree

6. Wait for the installation is complete. You can check the status by going to “Solutions” in the Advance settings

7. Assigning Security Roles to Agents, Supervisor and Admin

Screenmeet Cobrowse Solution has three roles:

  1. Screenmeet Cobrowse Agent
    1. This role will allow agents to view only user level sessions
    2. Screenmeet Cobrowse Supervisor
      1. This will role will allow Supervisor to view cobrowse session created by all agents 
    3. Screenmeet Cobrowse Admin
      1. This is admin role and will view and modify Cobrowse Settings

In the Advance Settings go to Security, select the user from the list and click on Manage Roles

Agents are required to have the following additional security roles assigned :

  • Common Data Service User
  • Customer Service Representative
