It gives your organization control over the message that end users must read and accept before joining a session, ensuring it aligns with your legal or compliance requirements. Available in Remote Support version 2.114.7 and newer --- ### Configure your Custom Consent Message 1. Log in to [console.screenmeet.com](http://console.screenmeet.com) as an administrator 2. Click `Organization` —> `Settings and Policies` —> `Remote Support Features` 3. Enable `Custom Consent Message` 4. Select a custom language if required from the dropdown of supported languages 6. Click the three dots to set as the default language if necessary 7. Click into the text box and type your organization’s custom consent message 8. Click `Preview` to view it in the Remote Support client 9. Click `Save` to confirm your changes 10. click `Save` on the Remote Support Features screen --- ### Remove the custom consent message - Click the three dots —> click `Clear custom message` —> click `Save`
