UI 2.0 

ScreenMeet Live has completely redone its UI and added a fresh look for our agents and end users. Start a ScreenMeet Live session to see the new changes today! 

Video Recording Consent

Agents can provide their end users consent before recording the session. When initiating video recorder a popup will appear on the end users device to Allow or Deny the video recorder. This consent can be turned on or off in your org through the ScreenMeet Console

Custom Video Consent

Admin can now customize the video consent message that is shown to their end users through the ScreenMeet Console. This message is shown before the end user joins the session.
