Product Enhancements

  • Added option to remove license agreement text from the permission dialog.
  • Support has been added to play audio recordings within the Console without having to download.
  • App version is now available in System Info for Windows

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved an issue with Remote Control getting stuck when admin window receives keyboard focus
  • Resolved an issue where the splash screen gets stuck on Windows 7
  • Resolved an issue with not being able to transfer files with non-ASCII characters in filename
  • Resolved layout issue on Run Command window
  • Resolved an issue when sharing multiple screens where a part of red border of primary monitor showed on secondary monitor
  • Resolved issue with Windows 11 hotkeys mismatch

Product Enhancements

  • Security fix for Windows client to use new secure endpoint
  • Added ability in the File Transfer window to open the folder that files will be transferred to on the host.
  • Added option to delete transferred files after session ends.
  • Scaling is now disabled on the viewer for ultra-wide monitors

  • Resolved issue with display message to request control permission
  • Resolved issue with Windows 8 where the privacy curtain is shown for agent after reboot
  • Resolved issue with tool button icons not being aligned properly
