ScreenMeet Beam Overview

ScreenMeet Beam is an additional and separate paid function of ScreenMeet Support. Beam allows you to connect to a remote device without an end user being present at that device. Beam is true unattended support.

To connect to a remote device, the Beam client needs to be installed on the remote device. As part of the installation process, the device is assigned to a Beam Group so that you can determine who has access to the device.
