Prerequisites

The AI Summarization feature of ScreenMeet’s AI Plus will summarize the key events of a ScreenMeet Remote Support session and post this AI-generated summary as work notes for the specified incident.  To enable this functionality:

  1. Work with your ScreenMeet representative to enable the ScreenMeet AI Plus features for your organization.

  2. Add additional permissions for the ScreenMeet service account within your Salesforce implementation.

The ScreenMeet service account will be accessing the case Description and Subject fields and will create new Comment and Resolution entries, the following permissions are needed:

Create a new Permission Set

  1. Go to Setup —> Permission Sets —> New Permission Set

  2. Name the permission set: ScreenMeet Service Account AI Plus Permissions

  3. Click Save

Assign the Necessary Permissions for the Case

  1. Click Object Settings for the permissions set.

  2. Click on Case.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. Enable the following permissions for this the Case object:
    Read
    View All
    Edit

  5. Enable read access for the following fields:
    Description
    Subject

  6. Click Save.

Assign the Necessary Permissions for the Solution

  1. Click Object Settings for the permission set.

  2. Click on Solution.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. enable the following permissions for the Solution object:
    Read, Create, Edit, Delete (optional), Modify All

  5. Click Save.

Assign the Permission Set

The new permission set needs to be assigned to the ScreenMeet Service Account.

  1. Click on Manage Assignments.

  2. Assign the new permission set ScreenMeet Service Account AI Plus Permissions to the ScreenMeet service account.
