Session Recording is a drop-down list that gives the Administrator the option to:
• Always record
• Never record
• Let the agent decideFile transfer controls how files are transferred between agent and user :

Filetransfer is a drop-down list that controls how files are transferred between the Agent and the user:
• Disable file transfer
• Bi-directional
• Agent to user only
• User to agent only

In addition, Administrators have the option to enable or disable other configuration settings, including:

  • Chat between agent and user
  • Remote control of user's device
  • URL invite for additional agents to join a support session
  • Laser pointer
  • UAC escalation of Windows device
  • Log remote control strokes to session log

  • Reboot and reconnect to the remote device

  • Agents can pre-request remote control and Administrator permissions on Windows devices
