Generating logs allows the ScreenMeet team to understand and resolve any issue that you might face. Generating logs is simple
Generating logs allows the ScreenMeet team to understand and resolve any issue that agents might face. To generate logs:
- Download the executable
- Go to the folder where the executable file is located
- Right click + Shift then "Open Powershell"
- Type "screenmeet" should display “ScreenMeetSupport.exe”. Pressing tab will autocomplete the entry.
- Press space and type loglevel="debug"
- Press Enter
##This is the command
.\ScreenMeetSupport.exe loglevel="debug"
Once the Session has ended, you can access the logs in this directory:
C:\ProgramData\Projector Inc\ScreenMeet Support\Logs
