Upgrading to Version 1.16+

Overview

The update from version 1.15 to our latest package requires no changes other than downloading the newest version and configuring and validating it in the console.

Step 1: Download the Latest Version

1. Download: Access the latest version by visiting the following link: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000EJdXxUAL

2. Click on the "Get It Now" button to start the download process.

3. Ensure the install uses the “install for admins” only step when prompted.

Step 2: Configure and Validate in Console

1. Navigate to Console: Log in to your account at https://console.screenmeet.com as an organization administrator.

2. Salesforce Integration: Go to the "Salesforce Integration" section.

3. Configuration: Select "Configure and Validate"

4. Validation: Once the configure and validate process has been successfully ran, the update has been completed.
