Enable ScreenMeet For Omnichannel Chat Widget


  1. Log in to your dynamics environment and open Omnichannel Admin Center app.

  1. Click WorkStreams and open your workstream.

  2. Choose your chat widget and Click Edit

  1. Switch to User features tab, enable Co-browse and select “ScreenMeet” as a provider. Save and Close.
