Invite Agents To Join Session

You can click the View or Invite Agents button in the toolbar.

Use the URL Invite to share the session URL.

Once the URL is shared, the invited Agent will need to click on the URL link. An agent who is already signed into ScreenMeet, will automatically join the Session. If not already signed in, the second agent will be asked to enter their name and company before requesting permission to enter.

If the second agent wants to use remote control, that permission must be requested from the client. If allowed, the first agent will no longer have remote control access to the client’s device.
