Selecting the Windows icon will zoom in and increase magnification on the end user’s device. This will also reduce the size of the Support Tools bar.

To return to fit to screen, click on the following icon

Selecting the arrow icon pointing to the right will increase magnification on the end user’s device. This will simultaneously minimize the toolbar, allowing the Agent to only view the icons with no text description.

To go back to the full agent toolbar, select the arrow icon pointing to the left.
