Product Enhancements

  • Added notification in agent viewer when end-user types in chat.

Bug fixes

  • Corrected an issue with logo images being corrupted when updating branding data.
  • Fixed an issue where a session recording flag was set to disabled if the recording was turned off mid-session.
  • Fixed an issue that caused some video recordings not to process as expected.
