By selecting the window icon, it will zoom and magnify in on the end-user’s device along with reducing the size of the support tools bar.

To return to fit to screen, click on the following icon

By selecting the arrow icon pointing to the right, it will magnify in on the end-user’s device along with minimize the tool bar to view icons only and no text description.

To go back to the full agent tool bar, select the arrow icon pointing to the left.
