# Getting Application from ServiceNow Store

# Finding ScreenMeet in the ServiceNow Store

1. Within your ServiceNow instance, navigate to "System Applications"
2. Search for [ScreenMeet](https://store.servicenow.com/$appstore.do?ref=appmgmt&instanceid=1dcf2a80dbbcc8542f68c5970596199f#!/store/search?listingtype=allintegrations%253Bancillary_app%253Bcertified_apps%253Bcontent%253Bindustry_solution%253Boem%253Butility%253Btemplate&q=screenmeet) and click on "Try". Once approved, you can begin installation and configuration.

ScreenMeet will show under All Available Applications, then you can install. (Install the most recent version) Once installed, you will need to configure ScreenMeet by following the Guided Setup.

There are currently three ScreenMeet apps listed in the Store. If this is a new installation, be sure to select ScreenMeet and NOT ScreenMeet for CSM or ScreenMeet for ITSM. They are legacy apps and not the latest version.
