The next step in the troubleshooting process is to check and confirm Screenmeet Cobrowse settings in dynamics.
Login to dynamics with Administrator, or ScreenMeet Cobrowse Admin user and navigate to:
Omnichannel Administration App -> Cobrowse Settings and make sure the following settings are configured correctly. These records are imported automatically with solution installation from AppSource and would not be required to touch by default. But in the case of any change requirement or troubleshooting steps this could be modified and confirmed.
