Exporting ScreenMeet data to third-party data tools
ScreenMeet data exists as part of your overall Salesforce data stack.
You may leverage tools such as Tableau to import the ScreenMeet objects to be used in reporting or visualization capacities.
ScreenMeet Objects
- ScreenMeet_Live_Session_C
- This is the primary ScreenMeet object, which contains most of the relevant information about a session.
- screenmeet__ScreenMeet_Session_Feature__c
- Shows which features are used in a given session
You may also have objects that are indirectly related to ScreenMeet data. These objects include but are not limited to:
- Cases
- ScreenMeet sessions are related to a given case based on the object ID of the case
- Users
- ScreenMeet sessions are related to the creator of the session if the CreatedBy functionality has been enabled by your ScreenMeet Administrator
- Junction Objects
- These junction objects relate ScreenMeet objects to other objects, such as Case -> ScreenMeet session.
