Résumé de l’article

You will need to give a select set of privileged users the ability to configure ScreenMeet settings via the ScreenMeet console. These users will also have the ability to barge into any sessions belonging to your organization, as well as organization-wide access to audit data via the ScreenMeet console. The good news is, we've already done most of the work required to configure your admin user when we set up the ScreenMeet Agent permission set.

Clone the ScreenMeet Agent Permission Set

  1. Go to Setup in your Salesforce organization.
  2. Type "permission sets" in the Quick Find window, then click on Permission Sets.
  3. Find the ScreenMeet Agent permission set, which you set up earlier in the list, then click on Clone.
  4. Enter "ScreenMeet Admin" for the Label, and "ScreenMeet_Admin" for the API Name, then click Save.

Assign Group Admin Custom Permission

  1. From the ScreenMeet Admin Permission Set Overview, open Custom Permissions.
  2. Click on Edit.
  3. Find the screenmeet.ScreenMeet Group Admin custom permission in the list of Available Custom Permissions, then assign it to Enabled Custom Permissions. Both thescreenmeet.ScreenMeet Group Admin and screenmeet.ScreenMeet Agent should be Enabled.
  4. Click Save.

Supervisor Permission

The managed package makes another role level available via custom permissions: screenmeet.ScreenMeet Supervisor. The supervisor role provides the capability to barge into other agents' sessions and review the ScreenMeet console's audit data. However, supervisors cannot make changes to settings and policies for the organization. To assign the supervisor role, create a new permission set called ScreenMeet Supervisor , repeating the process above, but replace the custom permission screenmeet.ScreenMeet Group Admin with screenmeet.ScreenMeet Supervisor.
