Article summary

Salesforce Reporting

We have included Salesforce reporting capabilities in version 1.16.1+ of the Salesforce package.

These reports are not intended to be used separately as we designed them to be used as part of a dashboard. The primary benefit of these reports/dashboards is to give insights about the ScreenMeet activity by your agents.

They will give you insight into commonly used features. You can also leverage these reports to compare case/incident performance with and without ScreenMeet sessions.

Dashboards

While we know dashboards are great, we also know they are tailored for each businness and each team inside it so we have included a guide of how to add our reports into them.

Adding ScreenMeet insights into your dashboards:

  1. Clone the desired report/reports from the ScreenMeet folder and customize it to suit your needs by at least changing the date filters to view the desired time window.
  2. Create or edit an existing dashboard
  3. Add a new component
  4. Select folders
  5. Pick your customized report to be added
  6. Customize the component diplay and click add
  7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 until you have added all the reports you wanted into the dashboard
  8. Organize the layout and size of the components in your layout
  9. Click Save

Here is a quick example of things you could add into your dashboard
