Confirm Agent Security Roles

After confirming prerequisites in step 1) and installing Cobrowse Solution from AppSource, the next step is to assign dynamics agent the required security roles based on agent responsibility and visibility.

1. ScreenMeet Cobrowse Agent : This role is for agents only and will allow agents to view/modify cobrowse session created by the agent.
2. ScreenMeet Cobrowse Supervisor : This role is for agent supervisors, and will allow supervisor to view cobrowse sessions created by all agents in business unit
3. ScreenMeet Cobrowse Admin : This role gives the user admin privileges to modify Cobrowse settings
4. Common Data Service User
5. Customer Service Representative

Common Data Service User & Customer Service Representative security roles are required for ScreenMeet backend API work properly with dynamics.

For every agent to use Screenmeet Cobrowse solution, these security roles must be assigned to their dynamic users :
