Permission Assignment

1. Assign the ScreenMeet Agent permission set permission set to all users using ScreenMeet to create video, remote support, replay, or CoBrowse sessions.
2. Assign the ScreenMeet Admin permission set to all users who will be responsible for maintaining the solution, such as your system administrators or project leads.
   

Permissions assignments can also be managed using Permission Set Groups, which combine several permission sets into a single group. The Permission Set Group can then be applied to individual users or roles.

Also, make sure you properly set up the field level security for the "screenmeet__Has_SM_sessions__c" field on cases. This field is used in reports to compare cases with and without SM sessions.
