### Product enhancements

- Added snapshot function that allows uploads to CRM

### Product enhancements

- Added a new portable installer for the Live remote control application.
  - Above enhancement is an enhancement of feature released in November that allows a Live session to be held on a desktop device rather than a web browser with basic remote control functionality.
