## 23.12 December

#### Bug Fixes

- Corrected a typo in Salesforce sandbox environments.
- Fixed the issue with background blur not functioning correctly at high resolutions for all customers.

## 23.11 November

#### Bug Fixes

- Addressed the issue where new supported camera resolutions were not displaying in Agent Portal Live settings.
- Corrected the duplication of the Screen Share option in Live Viewer.
- Resolved continuous stream loading in the widget after disabling camera/screen share on Windows.
- Fixed the absence of video preview in the widget after network switch on Windows.

#### Product Enhancements

- Completed nine accessibility improvements.
- Enhanced the quality/frame rate of webcam feeds, improving user experience.
- Developed a JavaScript interface for QA automation to detect audio reception.
