Have your ScreenMeet Administrator login to [console.screenmeet.com](http://console.screenmeet.com) 2. Click **Beam Groups** 3. Click on the beam group you want to edit or create a new beam group 4. Click **Edit Beam Group** 5. Click **Save Beam Group** 2. Click **External Permissions** 3.
