# Microsoft D365 Release Notes Q1 22

## 22.1 - February 16, 2022

#### 1. JWT Authentication

With JWT Authentication mechanism, the agents when loading ScreenMeet App in Microsoft Omnichannel are logged in to ScreenMeet automatically.

Previously, with OAuth 2.0 authentication, agents would implicitly click the login button to initiate the OAuth flow to login to ScreenMeet App.

#### **2. Live Scheduling (ScreenMeet Activities)**

We have added capability for agents to schedule a ScreenMeet Live session. Scheduling is done under the context of the current ongoing conversation in omnichannel.

**Steps to schedule a ScreenMeet Live session**:

1. Choose Live session from ScreenMeet Opening Screen, label the session, set agent preferences, and then click on *Schedule Session*

2. On the **New ScreenMeet Activity** screen, fill in the relevant details and choose schedule date and time. Save the record.

3. Saving the record will schedule a ScreenMeet Live session and return with *Session Pin, Session Invite Url* and *Session Host Url.*

4. Share the Invite Url with required attendees.
5. All scheduled activities can be seen under **My Activities** list.
6. To re-schedule a ScreenMeet activity: Open the activity under **My Activity** list, change the schedule date and time and save.  
   
*NOTE: *Invite Url and host Url* remains the same after successful re-scheduling a ScreenMeet activity.

#### 3. Guest Video

Agents can now choose to disable/enable guest ability to share their video and audio streams for a ScreenMeet Live session. Organization admin can configure this setting to give control and choice to Agents for using this option.

### **Fixes**

1. **ScreenMeet Agent Security Role**   
This security role had some issues and is now fixed in this version.
2. **Disabled Products**  
Disabled products for a customer are not shown in this version. Previously it was shown as disabled products
3. **Screen Sharing in Widget**  
Screen sharing issue for live session is fixed.
4. **Reload** Reload action in the widget previously reloaded the whole page. This now only reload the widget.
5. **Session Logs and System Info** System Logs and System info records record sync to dynamics is fixed
