--- title: "Organization Not Allowed" slug: "organization-not-allowed" updated: 2026-08-13T13:51:13Z published: 2026-08-13T13:51:13Z canonical: "docs.screenmeet.com/organization-not-allowed" --- > ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.screenmeet.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Organization Not Allowed When attempting to join a ScreenMeet Remote Support session, you may see the following message: **“Organization Not Allowed”** This message indicates that **OrgRestrict** is enabled on the device and the ScreenMeet Organization ID where the session was started from is not included in the device’s allowed organization list. ## What to Check - If this occurs when connecting from a lower environment, such as a sandbox or test environment, contact your ScreenMeet Administrator and ask them to add the applicable **ScreenMeet Org ID** to the allowed list. - The allowed organization list can be configured when installing or updating ScreenMeet. - Multiple ScreenMeet Org IDs can be added to the allowed list. ## Windows Use the following installer parameters: `ORGRESTRICT="True" ORGRESTRICTLIST="1234,5678"` Replace `1234,5678` with the ScreenMeet Org IDs you want to allow. ## macOS Use the following configuration: `setAllowedOrgIDs=1234,5678` Replace `1234,5678` with the ScreenMeet Org IDs you want to allow.
