Remote Support settings allow administrators the options to configure ScreenMeet to their suit their organization’s needs.
Session Recording is a drop-down list that gives the Administrator the option to:
• Always record
• Never record
• Let the agent decideFile transfer controls how files are transferred between agent and user :
Filetransfer is a drop-down list that controls how files are transferred between the Agent and the user:
• Disable file transfer
• Bi-directional
• Agent to user only
• User to agent only
In addition, Administrators have the option to enable or disable other configuration settings, including:
- Chat between agent and user
- Remote control of user's device
- URL invite for additional agents to join a support session
- Laser pointer
- UAC escalation of Windows device
- Log remote control strokes to session log
- Windows Tools
- Reboot and reconnect to the remote device
- Run terminal commands
- Stream Performance Tuning
- Agent Obfuscation
- Reboot in Safe Mode
- Screenshot tool
- Whiteboard screen drawing
- Agents can pre-request remote control and Administrator permissions on Windows devices
- Auto-login feature
- Keyboard Mapping to Agent or Client's Language
- Privacy Curtain
