# Remote Support Release Notes Q1 23

## 23.3 - March

### Product enhancements

- Improved auto update functionality
- Updated SSL signatures for certificates in June.
- Added remote clipboard functionality to Linux support tools.
- Ported Linux client to Debian arm64.

### Bug Fixes

- Fixed issue that caused keys to stick when using Mac and Remote Support.

## 23.1 - February

### Product enhancements

- Added a feature to allow end-users to opt out of session recordings - Windows application.
- Improved auto-update functionality
- Allow scripts to retrieve session status information from the ScreenMeet app.
- Improved file transfer handling to have transfer fail gracefully if file type is not supported or if virus scan detects infected files.
- Implemented security improvements in line with periodic security audits.

### Bug Fixes

- Corrected an issue that caused mouse cursors to not render properly on specific devices.
- Corrected an issue that caused the remote support client to restart after cancelling remote control in rare cases.
- Corrected an issue that prevented entering text into Powershell windows in rare cases.
