Connections over IPv6 are not supported. ### Remote Support - Supported Browsers (Agent) Agents are required to use the following browsers and versions of ScreenMeet Remote Support in support sessions. - Chrome: 121+ - Edge: 121+ - Safari: 17.3+ ### Remote Support - Supported OS & Languages (User) The ScreenMeet Remote Support client supports the following OS, versions, and languages on end-user devices: - Windows: 11 (Requires .NET Framework 4.8+) - Windows Server: 2022, 2025 - MacOS: 15 Sequoia, 26 Tahoe - Linux: Ubuntu 18.04.3+, Redhat 7.6+ - ChromeOS: (remote control not supported) - iOS: 12.3.x+ (remote control not supported) - Android: 13+ (remote control is supported) - English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, Taiwanese ### Version Support - ScreenMeet actively supports versions of the Remote Support client released within the last two years. - For optimal performance, security, and access to the latest features and bug fixes, we recommend upgrading your client every 4-6 months.
