## January

#### Version 1.20

Improvements

- Introduced a widget redirect check and configuration update to utilize the new Cobrowse viewer, streamlining the integration process and enhancing the Cobrowse experience within Salesforce.
- Enabled the display and appending of the session pin near the session ID within the Salesforce component, improving visibility and accessibility for users, thereby facilitating smoother session management and support operations.

Improvements

- Updated the API to ensure that ScreenMeet Files are related to the parent object even if the parent object was not related at the time of creation.
- Completed Salesforce AppExchange Security Review.

Fixes

- Fixed an issue where agents were not directed to the correct session after selecting **Join Session**.

- Resolved an issue in Salesforce that would produce an error when attempting to leave a CSAT review after joining from the host_token url.
