### Salesforce Release Notes - Q3 of 2022

**AppExchange Version - 1.16.1**

**Issues corrected**

- Corrected an issue where the CSAT screen inside of the widget was closing automatically after a few seconds.
- Updated SFDC file component to use new asset endpoints
- Corrected an issue that prevented downloading recordings if the settings inside of [console.screenmeet.com](http://console.screenmeet.com/) was set to "All agents"
- Corrected an issue that prevented scheduling options from showing properly
- Changed verbiage of scheduled sessions label to be more accurate.

**Features and functionality**

- Added date and time fields to ScreenMeet Files component
- Added premade reports to utilize in Salesforce Dashboards

**AppExchange Version - 1.16.2**

- Corrected an issue that prevented options from appearing for support sessions
- Corrected issue that prevented some development orgs from being able to add the ScreenMeet component

**AppExchange Version - 1.16.3**

- Added additional translations to the ScreenMeet Widget
- Added validation to only show the "Leave session" button for Live sessions
- Corrected an issue that prevented the leave session button from working as expected when multiple sessions option is enabled.
- Added support for agents to join scheduled sessions prior to the session starting.
