Either the Agent or the end user can choose to terminate the Remote Support session.

  1. The Agent can end the Session from the control panel by clicking Leave Session.

  1. The Agent gets a confirmation screen and must click Leave Session or Close Session.

    • Leave Session: Keeps the session active and leaves the end user connected. This option is useful if you plan to rejoin later or if another agent remains in the session.

    • Close Session: Ends the session entirely and disconnects all participants.

Please note that when a Remote Support session ends on a Linux device, the Remote Support client remains installed and is not automatically removed.
