# Custom Background

If you are an administrator of your organization, you can upload a custom background that your session participants may use throughout a ScreenMeet Live Session

## Background Upload Instructions

- Navigate to the [ScreenMeet Console](https://console.screenmeet.com/) as an organization administrator.
- Click on the Organization section to the left of the console followed by the "Settings and Policies" section.
- Click on the "Live Backgrounds" selection and upload the desired background.
- Once this has been uploaded, users will be allowed to use this as a virtual background in the session if backgrounds are enabled in Organization -> Live Settings -> Backgrounds.
