# ScreenMeet Platform Release Notes Q3 23

## **23.9 - September**

### **Product Enhancements**

- Added notification in agent viewer when end-user types in chat.

### **Bug fixes**

- Corrected an issue with logo images being corrupted when updating branding data.
- Fixed an issue where a session recording flag was set to disabled if the recording was turned off mid-session.
- Fixed an issue that caused some video recordings not to process as expected.

## **23.8 - August**

### **Product Enhancements**

- Added change that allows the agent portal timeout value to use minutes.
- Corrected several hover tooltips for the remote support application settings.
- Added ability for organization admin to configure/enable clipboard by default.

### **Bug fixes**

- Corrected an issue that allowed sessions to be created without a description.
- Removed deprecated configuration for Replay.
- Minor UI bugfixes/improvements.

- Organization administrators can now restrict sessions to be hosted in specific AWS regions.
