### 24.7.0 - July

#### Product Enhancements

- Added the option for customers to export their CSAT data.
- Added additional data points to customer data exports.

### 24.9.0 - September

#### Product Enhancements

- There is a new value administrators can set to close a session if no user connects after the specified amount of time.
- Enhanced the security of our tokens when joining a session.
- Updated our process when a user attempts to reset their password.
- Administrators now have the option to select the length of the Beam Id for their organization.
- Beam is now supported within Salesforce which allows users to view session data from the related case.
