# Starting a Beam Session

#### Instructions for agents to create Beam Sessions from within ServiceNow.

---

- From the All search type **ScreenMeet Beam**
- Click `Beam Groups`
- Search for or click on the specific Beam Group that your device is a part of
- Search for the specific device
- Click `Connect`
- Depending on the configuration for that specific device, you may need to enter your Windows Credentials or a password
- Click `Enter Session`
