Product Enhancements

  • Error message handling has been enhanced to provide a clear message to the user when a device fails to validate.

  • Beam group keys can now be retrieved after the group has been created.

Product Enhancements

  • The ‘Session Recording’ option for Remote Support now also applies to Beam sessions.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where windows credentials login was not working when connecting to a beam device.

  • Fixed an issue where the BeamHideUi was not working even when it was set to True.

  • Added a ‘Remove All’ button on the beam device search screen.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that occasionally prevented all of the end users' screens from showing up in ‘Show Display’.
