Joining a session
When the agent and end-user click on the ScreenMeet live link, they will be given the option to download the application.
If the agent / guest already have ScreenMeet live installed/deployed, after they click on the Join via Desktop App option, a pop up should appear in the browser that automatically opens the Live application for that session.
If the application has not yet been installed, they may click on the "Download ScreenMeet Live" option.
An option is presented on the desktop application, similar to the standard Live experience, that allows enabling of certain input options depending on your already configured Live settings.
Once they are in the session, all options from the base Live application carry over, including placement of icons/settings/application behavior.
Enabling Live Plus functionality
As the end user on the downloaded application, I can offer remote control or request to control the agents device (if configured to do so).
As the agent, I can request laser pointer, remote control, or remote support permission.
The device to be viewed/controlled should start a screen share of the relevant display/application first.
Once the screen share is enabled, I, as the agent, can click on the three dots and request control/laser pointer/full remote support as the agent.
This will carry over my mouse and keyboard inputs as the agent to the targeted machine while also simultaneously being able to use audio and video communication through the Live platform.
