Bug Fixes

  • Corrected a typo in Salesforce sandbox environments.
  • Fixed the issue with background blur not functioning correctly at high resolutions for all customers.

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed the issue where new supported camera resolutions were not displaying in Agent Portal Live settings.
  • Corrected the duplication of the Screen Share option in Live Viewer.
  • Resolved continuous stream loading in the widget after disabling camera/screen share on Windows.
  • Fixed the absence of video preview in the widget after network switch on Windows.
