Version Requirements

ScreenMeet Remote Support Client:

ScreenMeet Remote Support version 2.107.11 or later is required. If you are using Remote Support on-demand, no change is necessary as you will get the latest client for each session. If you have pre-deployed the client and are on a version before the one noted here, it will need to be updated.

ServiceNow Integration:

ScreenMeet App for ServiceNow – Universal Edition, version 2.9.14 or later.

Any supported ServiceNow workspace.

Salesforce Integration:

ScreenMeet App for Salesforce, version 1.24 or later.

AI Summarization:

The AI summarization tool is an separate product with separate pricing from your existing subscription.
