Request Remote Control: Requests permission to control the mouse, keyboard, and screen of the remote device. (After remote control is enabled, shortcuts to Windows Tools will be available.)

Request Laser Pointer: Requests permission to draw a laser pointer on the remote device’s screen.

System Info: Detailed system information of the remote device.

 Zoom to Original Size: Switch Zoom mode to original size.

Switch Display: Switch displays if Remote Device has multiple monitors.

Stream Performance: Allows agents to adjust stream quality to reduce CPU and bandwidth consumption.

View or Invite Agents: Invite additional agents into the support session.

File Transfer: Transfer files to and from the remote device.

Chat: Send chat messages to the end user of the remote device.

Leave Session: Option 1 is to leave the Session and keep it open. Option 2 is to end and close the Session for all agents and the end user.
