Resetting passwords for standalone organizations

Instructions for ScreenMeet users to reset their passwords

  • Navigate to https://console.screenmeet.com as the user who cannot login

  • Enter your organization name and click on “sign in to ScreenMeet”

  • Click on “forgot your password”.

  • Enter your email address in the designated email box and press “reset my password”.

  • Check your email for the password reset information.

  • Copy the "password reset code"

  • Navigate back to the ScreenMeet console forgotten password screen

  • Enter the "password reset code"

  • Enter your desired new password in the fields below

    • The password must be entered twice to confirm this is the password you would like to use moving forward.

    • NOTE: The confirmation code is only for the code sent to your email - this field is not for an old password/new password to be entered into.
