Issues Resolved

  • Resolved issue with empty page being displayed when Agent does not have permission to view recording.  Error message is now shown.
  • Resolved issue with session closed with incorrect status "user did not join" when agent closes session via End Session button on widget
  • Resolved issue where when all agents are granted access to view recordings, only original agent + admin can see recording
