ScreenMeet Integration Configuration
Configuring Environment Variables
Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com/ and switch to the environment where you have just installed ScreenMeet for Customer Service Hub, and you will be presented with a notification for Environment Variables needing an update on the Home Screen. This notification is also visible on the Solutions screen.
These are the two environment variables needing update:
Tenant ID environment variable update
- Click Settings and then Session Details
- Select and Copy Tenant ID value from session details modal.
- Click “See environment variables” link on the notification, and update Tenant ID value
ScreenMeet ApiKey environment variable update
You will need ScreenMeet Admin security role assigned to your D365 user to obtain ScreenMeet ApiKey.
- Navigate to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and open your environment where ScreenMeet for Customer Service Hub is installed, and click Settings
- Expand Users + permissions and then click Users
- Select your user and click Manage security roles
- check ScreenMeet Admin from the list of security roles and Save
- Navigate to https://console.screenmeet.com in a new browser tab, and click Dynamics 365
- Select “Unified Solution” from the options, enter the instance URL for your dynamics instance where you have installed the ScreenMeet for Customer Service Hub.
Make sure to trim everything after .com in the instance URL including backslash “/”.
Click Sign In To My Dynamics Instance
You will be presented with ScreenMeet consent screen on your first login. If you have the required Azure AD admin privileges, you can proceed with consent.
If not, please ask your Azure AD admin, to login to http://portal.azure.com/ and grant admin consent on behalf of the organization to ScreenMeet Support for Dynamics 365 enterprise application.
- Expand Organization list and click Integration Signing Key
Click Show and then copy the key.
- Navigate back to https://make.powerapps.com/ browser tab, click on “See environment variables” in the notification once more, and this time, use the Integration Signing Key you just copied in the previous step to update ScreenMeet ApiKey environment variable.
