Version Requirements
ScreenMeet Remote Support Client:
ScreenMeet Remote Support version 2.9.7 or later is required. If you are using Remote Support on-demand, no change is necessary as you will get the latest client for each session. If you have pre-deployed the client and are on a version before the one noted here, it will need to be updated.
ServiceNow Integration:
ScreenMeet App for ServiceNow – Universal Edition, version 2.7.2 or later.
Any supported ServiceNow workspace.
Salesforce Integration:
ScreenMeet App for Salesforce, version 1.19 or later.
AI Summarization:
The AI summarization tool is an separate product with separate pricing from your existing subscription.

This functionality is currently included with all remote support subscriptions and is not separately priced like AI Summarization.
