Product Enhancements

  • Added functionality to prevent agents from creating sessions in the "new case/incident/interaction" screen, which created a disconnect between case -> ScreenMeet session
  • Added Beam application (separate install here) so that agents may manage Beam devices through ServiceNow directly
  • Started supporting the Xanadu version of Servicenow.
