Windows

Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu icon and go to Settings > Privacy and Security.
  2. Ensure that Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled.
  3. To enable permissions for the Screenmeet site:
    • Visit the Screenmeet site.
    • Click on the lock icon in the address bar.
    • Adjust the camera and microphone permissions to allow.
  4. Restart the browser and try screen sharing again.

Firefox:

  1. Click the three-line menu icon and go to Options > Privacy & Security.
  2. Enable Camera and Microphone permissions.
