Edit Access to the Beams Group

In order to specify which agents will have access to a Beam group, select ‘Specific Users’ for the ‘Who Can Access these Devices’ when creating or editing a Beam group. After selecting ‘Specific Users’, go to the detailed page for the Beam group and click on the ‘Authorized Users’ tab.

In the ‘Authorized Users’ tab you can view who can access the Beam group. To add users to the Beam group, click the ‘Add Authorized Users’ button. A modal with a table of the organization’s users will be shown, here is where you can select what users will have access to the Beam group. You can select as many users at once as you want, and then click ‘Save’ to add those users to the group.
Now you can view the users that were added to the Beam group in the ‘Authorized Users’ table.

To remove users from the Beam group, check the box next to their name and then click ‘Remove access from selected.’
